Welcome to a one-of-a-kind immersive journey for your body, mind, and spirit. Our facilitated experience offers the perfect opportunity to escape to a beautiful private home located in the heart of Topanga. You will be guided through a personalized pre-screening interview and treated to a transformative combination of yoga, plant medicine, sound baths, breath-work, meditation, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, and group integration.

Arrival and settle in
Group tour of frequency grow facility
Intention Circle / Heart opening medicine
Light yoga / meditation / breath-work
Mushroom tea ceremony
First one hour sound bath
Break to Journal /draw/ go for a mindful walk
Second one hour sound bath
Hypnotherapy / Neuro Linguistic Programming
Group processing / sharing
Healthy dinner and community building
Includes: Group processing / initial integration day of ceremony. Journaling and integrations materials provided to work on the week after. Two follow-up group integration and community building video calls in the weeks following the ceremony
